Good morning, The last two weeks was a busy week for many young children in Malaysia as they were sitting for their mid-term examination. Together with them many parents were equally busy and excited preparing the children for the exams. Today is the last day of the examination and tomorrow will begin 11 days of holiday for them. Examination is part and parcel of our life. The term is defined as a set of questions asked in testing one’s capability in understanding. Examination does not stop in school but it continues all our lives. For sales company it is examination every month and results are given every end of the month through our sales achievement. Next month is the month of June. It is a very important month for most of us. It is time for our medical examination. Remember the promises we made to ourselves the last time we went for medical examination. Less sugar, cut down smoking, cut down alcohol consumption, exercise three times a week, weekly swimming, watch what we eat and a BIG NO-NO to fatty and acidic food. Did we follow this rules which we set for ourselves last year when we saw the medical report which shows content of our uric acid high, bad cholesterol more than good cholesterol, blood pressure higher than our sales achievement and many more symptoms. Now is the time for us to self-examine ourselves of our achievement before we prepare to see the doctor next month. I am sure the doctor is going to ask you did you exercise regularly. I know many of us hardly move our bodies during our daily company exercise. It is not too late though. Starting today, please discipline ourselves to exercise if not for our health it is to avoid our embarrassment when the doctor asks us. So, ladies and gentlemen, Self-examination is very important in our daily life. If we consistently do self-examination, we will continue to achieve self-improvement and this is what we call of our 4th principle, Untiring Effort for Improvement. |
