RAVINTHER's PROFILE
Ravinther
has 15 years of corporate experience, a major part being
in Middle Management in a multinational company. He
started his career soon after graduation in 1992 with
Public Finance Berhad, a subsidary of Public Bank Group.
Within a year, he joined National Panasonic ( Malaysia )
Sdn. Bhd. as a Sales Executive. After a successful
career in sales, he was promoted as Sales Manager in
Johor Bahru branch and rose to the ranks in management
right up to the position of Department Head of Sales Pan
Malaysia in Business Systems Divisions.
In year 2004, he moved into a new business venture and
began work as a training consultant in areas of Sales
Training and Customer Relations Consultation.
His practical experience
are in the area of planning, budgeting, sales and
department administration, strategy implementation,
business development, sales campaigns, public relations
and customer relationship management. Having mastered
Matsushita Management philosophy and business principles
from various on the job training, functional
responsibilities and Overseas training combined with his
direct experience leading and managing sales team and
dealers network, he is an excellent trainer on Konosuke
Matsushita philosophy of business and result orientated
team work.
He is a regular trainer
and motivational speaker among the Panasonic group. He
regularly conducts personal success workshops,
leadership. team building, selling skills, sales
management, motivation, customer service and
presentation skills seminars.
He completed his B.Econs (honours) from University of Malaya and Master in Management (distinctions) from
University of Malaya. He also attended a student exchange program in University of Melbourne in year 2007. Currently he holds a membership
with Malaysian Institute of Management and MIM
Toastmaster. He is also the recipient of Highest Award
for Achievement in the Dale Carnegie Training in year
2000.
Ravinther has a commitment
to touch, enrich, and transform the work ethic and
perspectives of the middle level and operational staff
as he firmly believes that these individuals need to
take control of their lives and work to be truly happy
