Sherry has 12 years of corporate experience, a major part being in area of Training and Development with a local bank. She started her career soon after graduation in 1992 with Public Finance Berhad, a subsidiary of Public Bank Group. In a short period of time she rose to the rank of Assistant Branch Manager in Kulai, Johore. Subsequently she furthered her education in University Malaya to gain her diploma in education and served as an educationist in Kuala Lumpur. Later in year 2002, she was employed by KESDEE Corp, a US based e-learning solutions company as Regional Office Manager, in charge of Asia Pacific.
In year 2004, she moved into a new business venture and began work as a training consultant in areas of Sales Training and Customer Relationship Consultation. Her practical experience are in the area of planning strategies, coordinating regional marketing activities, managing events, public seminars, business presentations, business etiquette, telemarketing, branch administrations, supervisory skills, business communication, teaching, training and human resources consultations.. Having mastered local and American Management philosophy and business principles from various on the job training, functional responsibilities and training combined with her direct experience in teaching, she is an excellent trainer on critical skills and result orientated team work. She is a regular trainer and motivational speaker among the Panasonic group. She regularly conducts personal success workshops, leadership. team building, selling skills, telemarketing, sales management, motivation, customer service and presentation skills seminars.
She completed her B.Applied Science (Hons) from University Sains Malaysia (USM) and diploma in Education from University of Malaya. Currently she is pursuing a Master in Instructional Technology from University of Malaya. She is a certified Trainer from Singapore Institute of Management. She is also a regular contributor to Shoppers Magazine in the area of edutainment.
Sherry has a commitment to touch, enrich, and transform the work ethic and perspectives of the middle level and operational staff as he firmly believes that these individuals need to take control of their lives and work to be truly happy and productive.
